We are looking for a dedicated Warehouse Associate to join our team in Boise, Idaho! This role is integral to the smooth functioning of our distribution center, contributing to all aspects of warehouse operations. You will be involved in tasks such as receiving and stocking inventory, picking and packing orders, loading and unloading trucks, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment. Our commitment to Safety is unwavering; all team members must strictly adhere to safety procedures and wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). This position requires physical stamina, including the ability to perform regular Lifting and stand for extended periods. Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and stock incoming inventory.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment.
- Load and unload delivery vehicles.
- Maintain inventory accuracy.
- Keep warehouse areas clean and organized.
- Follow all Safety protocols and utilize PPE.
- Operate warehouse equipment as needed.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to perform manual labor, including significant Lifting.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Willingness to follow Safety instructions and wear PPE.
- Experience in a warehouse or logistics environment is preferred.
