Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items from warehouse locations using RF scanners and picking lists.
- Verify product information, quantity, and condition against order details.
- Package picked items securely and efficiently for shipping, ensuring product integrity.
- Label packages correctly and stage them for outgoing shipment.
- Meet or exceed established productivity and accuracy standards for picking and packing.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area, free from clutter and hazards.
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures, including mandatory use of PPE.
- Report any inventory discrepancies, damaged goods, or safety concerns to supervision promptly.
- Assist with other warehouse duties as needed to support overall logistics operations.
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience as a Picker/Packer or in a similar warehouse role is preferred.
- Familiarity with RF scanning devices and basic warehouse technology.
- Ability to read and interpret picking lists and product labels accurately.
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, reach, and bend throughout the shift.
- Capacity for repetitive lifting of up to 35 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and a dedication to accuracy.
- Understanding of warehouse safety protocols and the proper use of PPE.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced logistics environment.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
