You will be the backbone of our fulfillment process, handling products from the picking stage all the way to final packaging for shipment. Responsibilities:
- Efficiently pick assigned items from inventory locations using provided tools and technology.
- Verify product accuracy against order details to minimize errors.
- Package a variety of products, ensuring they are safe and secure for transit.
- Apply appropriate shipping labels and documentation to packages.
- Organize and stage completed orders for outgoing shipments.
- Contribute to maintaining a tidy and safe warehouse environment.
- Follow all company guidelines regarding safety, including the use of PPE.
- Participate in inventory management tasks when required.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience as a picker, packer, or in a similar warehouse role is beneficial.
- Ability to interpret order tickets and product codes.
- Familiarity with basic warehouse procedures and logistics flow.
- Physical stamina to perform the job duties, including frequent lifting of up to 50 lbs.
- Capacity to work effectively under pressure and meet demanding deadlines.
- High level of accuracy and concentration.
- Must be able to work on your feet for entire shifts, including bending and reaching.
- Commitment to workplace safety and the proper use of required PPE.
