We are seeking reliable and motivated Distribution Center Associates to join our team in Baltimore, Maryland. This role is fundamental to the smooth operation of our logistics network, involving a variety of tasks to ensure the efficient handling of goods. You will be involved in receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and preparing orders for shipment. We are committed to a safe and productive work environment, and all team members must strictly follow Safety procedures and utilize required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). This position offers a great opportunity to develop essential warehouse skills and grow within a reputable company. Responsibilities include:
- Receiving and inspecting incoming shipments.
- Stocking merchandise and maintaining inventory accuracy.
- Picking items for customer orders using order sheets or scanning devices.
- Packing orders carefully to prevent damage during transit.
- Loading and unloading trucks as required.
- Maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
- Adhering to all company Safety regulations and guidelines.
- Performing tasks that involve considerable Lifting and physical exertion.
- Assisting with inventory control and participating in cycle counts.
- Collaborating with colleagues to achieve operational goals and support overall logistics.
- Following all instructions for order fulfillment and warehouse procedures.
- Operating material handling equipment safely (training provided).
- Contributing to a positive and efficient team atmosphere.
