In this role, you will play a critical part in our logistics operations by ensuring orders are accurately picked, packed, and shipped. You will work with state-of-the-art technology to process a high volume of orders efficiently. Responsibilities include receiving inventory, picking items from shelves, quality checking, packing for shipment, and preparing orders for dispatch. Responsibilities:
- Receive, verify, and store incoming inventory accurately.
- Pick products from designated locations using RF scanners or pick lists.
- Perform quality checks on picked items to ensure accuracy and condition.
- Pack orders securely for shipment, selecting appropriate packaging materials.
- Label packages correctly and prepare them for dispatch.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Adhere to all safety protocols, including the correct use of PPE and safe lifting practices.
- Meet or exceed established productivity and quality standards.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve operational goals.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a warehouse, fulfillment center, or similar role is advantageous.
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and RF scanners is a plus.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
- Understanding of logistics and supply chain operations.
- Knowledge of safety procedures, including the necessity of PPE and safe lifting techniques.
- Ability to stand, walk, stoop, and lift for extended periods.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- High school diploma or GED required.
