Job Summary:

Responsibilities:
  • Accurately pick products from inventory based on order details provided by scanners or lists.
  • Pack orders securely using appropriate materials to ensure product safety during transit.
  • Verify the accuracy of picked items against order specifications.
  • Stage packed orders for timely dispatch.
  • Assist with receiving, inspecting, and stocking of new inventory.
  • Participate in inventory control activities, including cycle counts.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment.
  • Adhere to all company safety standards and wear required PPE.
  • Operate manual warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve daily fulfillment goals.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience in a warehouse, fulfillment, or logistics role is beneficial.
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift items weighing up to 50 pounds for extended periods.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a strong sense of accuracy.
  • Capacity to work effectively and efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Flexibility regarding work hours, including potential overtime.
  • Commitment to upholding safety standards and wearing PPE.

This role is critical to our logistics and fulfillment operations. Safety is our highest priority, and all associates are expected to strictly follow all safety protocols, including the consistent use of PPE. Training on safe lifting techniques and warehouse best practices will be provided.
