Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and process incoming shipments accurately.
- Inspect merchandise for damage or discrepancies and report as needed.
- Organize and stock inventory in appropriate warehouse locations.
- Pick and pack customer orders efficiently and accurately.
- Prepare outgoing shipments, including labeling and staging.
- Operate manual equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks safely.
- Assist with inventory control and cycle counts.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the warehouse.
- Strictly follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to meet operational targets.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior warehouse or logistics experience is advantageous.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including standing, walking, bending, and lifting up to 50 pounds regularly.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Team player with good communication skills.
- Willingness to adapt to changing priorities and work schedules.
- Commitment to adhering to safety guidelines and wearing PPE.
This role is fundamental to our logistics chain. Safety is paramount; therefore, adherence to all safety protocols, including the correct use of PPE, is mandatory. We offer training on safe lifting techniques and warehouse operations.
