We are looking for dedicated Distribution Center Associates to join our team in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. In this vital role, you will be instrumental in the efficient operation of our distribution hub, ensuring that goods are processed, stored, and dispatched accurately and on time. Your responsibilities will include a variety of tasks such as receiving inventory, picking and packing orders, sorting and organizing products, and loading/unloading trucks. A key focus of this role is maintaining a safe and productive work environment. All associates must strictly adhere to company Safety standards and wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), including safety vests and footwear. This position involves considerable physical activity, including frequent Lifting of items up to 50 lbs and moving them throughout the facility. We value team players with a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a commitment to operational excellence within the logistics industry. Previous experience in a distribution center or warehouse setting is advantageous, and comprehensive training will be provided to ensure your success. Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, and store incoming shipments.
- Accurately pick and pack orders according to specifications.
- Sort and organize products for efficient storage and retrieval.
- Load and unload merchandise from trailers and other vehicles.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the distribution center.
- Operate equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks safely.
- Follow all Safety procedures and guidelines diligently.
- Wear required PPE at all times while on duty.
- Assist with inventory management and cycle counts.
- Contribute to a positive and efficient team environment.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including consistent Lifting of items up to 50 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Reliable, punctual, and committed to work responsibilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet performance targets.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills.
- Previous experience in a distribution center or warehouse is a plus.
- Understanding and adherence to Safety regulations.
- Willingness to work flexible hours if needed.
