Join our vibrant team as a Warehouse Associate in sunny Miami, Florida! We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to contribute to our fast-paced distribution center. This role is fundamental to our daily operations, involving the efficient handling of goods throughout the warehouse. You will be responsible for a range of tasks including picking and packing orders with accuracy, loading and unloading trucks, and maintaining an organized workspace. We pride ourselves on a safe working environment, and adherence to all safety regulations is mandatory. This includes the consistent use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) such as safety vests, gloves, and steel-toed shoes. This position requires physical stamina, with frequent Lifting of items up to 50 lbs. The ideal candidate possesses a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Experience in a warehouse or logistics setting is a plus, but we offer comprehensive training for motivated individuals. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders.
- Load and unload merchandise from delivery vehicles.
- Organize and maintain inventory in designated warehouse locations.
- Ensure the warehouse is kept clean, orderly, and safe.
- Operate warehouse equipment (e.g., pallet jacks) as needed.
- Adhere to all company Safety guidelines and procedures.
- Wear required PPE at all times during shifts.
- Participate in inventory counts and cycle counts.
- Assist with other warehouse tasks and projects as assigned.
- Follow all guidelines for material handling and logistics.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including regular Lifting of up to 50 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Reliable and punctual with a positive attitude.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Team player with good communication skills.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is beneficial.
- Understanding and commitment to workplace Safety.
- Willingness to learn and follow instructions.
