We are hiring a dedicated Warehouse Worker for our Jacksonville, Florida location. This role is fundamental to the efficient operation of our logistics and distribution center. As a Warehouse Worker, you will be involved in various tasks including loading and unloading materials, picking and packing orders, organizing inventory, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment. The ideal candidate will be physically fit, capable of consistent Lifting, and possess a strong commitment to Safety protocols. Experience with pallet jacks and other basic warehouse equipment is a plus. This position requires attention to detail, the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team, and a willingness to contribute to all aspects of warehouse operations. We provide all necessary Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and comprehensive safety training. Your role supports the critical flow of goods through our logistics network.
Responsibilities:
- Load and unload trucks and containers.
- Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Organize and replenish inventory in designated locations.
- Stage products for shipment.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the warehouse.
- Operate warehouse equipment, such as pallet jacks and hand trucks.
- Assist with inventory counts and checks.
- Adhere strictly to all Safety policies and procedures, including proper PPE use and safe Lifting techniques.
- Follow all company guidelines related to warehouse operations and logistics.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous warehouse or general labor experience is advantageous.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Strong work ethic and reliability.
- Good physical stamina and ability to work on your feet for extended periods.
- Team player with good communication skills.
- Commitment to workplace Safety.
- Understanding of basic warehouse procedures and logistics.
