We are seeking enthusiastic and reliable Order Pickers to join our growing team in Minneapolis, Minnesota. As an Order Picker, you will be responsible for accurately retrieving items from warehouse shelves to fulfill customer orders. Your attention to detail and speed will be critical in ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining the efficiency of our operations. You will utilize handheld scanners and follow pick lists to locate and gather products. This role requires individuals who are comfortable working in a warehouse setting, can stand for extended periods, and are capable of performing moderate Lifting . We are committed to the highest standards of Safety , and all employees are required to use the provided PPE and follow established protocols. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick products from warehouse shelves according to order tickets.
- Use handheld scanners to track inventory and confirm picked items.
- Ensure correct items and quantities are picked for each order.
- Stage picked orders for packing and shipment.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Assist with inventory control and cycle counts as needed.
- Adhere to all company Safety guidelines and procedures.
- Wear and maintain all required PPE .
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience as an order picker or in a warehouse environment is preferred.
- Ability to perform manual Lifting and carry items up to 30 lbs.
- Basic understanding of warehouse operations and Logistics .
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Commitment to workplace Safety and the correct use of PPE .
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
