We are hiring a Receiving Clerk for our San Francisco, California warehouse. This role is the first point of contact for all incoming goods, making it a critical function within our **logistics** operations. You will be responsible for unloading trucks, inspecting incoming inventory for damage and accuracy, documenting receipts, and staging goods for put-away. A strong focus on detail and a commitment to **safety** are essential. The ideal candidate will be organized, efficient, and possess excellent communication skills. You will work in a fast-paced environment and be expected to maintain a high level of accuracy. Responsibilities include:
- Unloading incoming freight from trucks.
- Inspecting shipments for damage and verifying quantities against purchase orders.
- Accurately documenting all received goods into the inventory system.
- Tagging and staging received items for internal movement.
- Communicating any discrepancies or issues to management immediately.
- Maintaining a clean and organized receiving area.
- Adhering to all **PPE** requirements and **safety** protocols during all operations.
