Customs Enforcement Officer

This position entails enforcing customs, immigration, and agriculture regulations.

• Determining compliance with federal laws through proper inspection methods.
• Facilitating trade and travel by inspecting individuals and conveyances.

• Pursuing violators of customs laws using authorized law enforcement procedures.  

In order to excel in this role, candidates should possess a high school diploma or equivalent. Relevant coursework or training in areas such as criminal justice, homeland security, or international relations can be beneficial.
 

Candidates for this position should exhibit strong communication skills along with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is also desired.
