• Detect and challenge individuals suspected of violating immigration laws.
• Analyze documents and possessions to determine citizenship or violations.
• Prevent and apprehend undocumented noncitizens at the borders.

This position requires strong analytical skills, ability to make sound judgments, effectively interact with people, rapidly analyze information, work independently while maintaining confidentiality during sensitive investigations involving national security matters. Effective communication is also necessary for success in this role.
