Customs and Border Protection Officer Role

As a Customs and Border Protection Officer (CBPO), you will play a critical role in enforcing customs, immigration, and agriculture laws while facilitating legitimate trade and travel.
Job Description:
- The primary responsibilities include conducting inspections of individuals, conveyances, documents, or goods to prevent the entry of prohibited items into the country.
- You will also be required to determine the admissibility of individuals for entry into the United States based on various factors such as their background information.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
h4>Education Substitution A bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university can substitute for experience.
h4>A combination of specialized work experience equivalent to at least one lower grade level AND graduate-level education may qualify applicants.
