RESPONSIBILITY - We get involved, bring our perspective, and are always open to new ideas. We take personal responsibility
COMMUNITY - We value a sense of belonging, trusting each other and encouraging authenticity. We contribute to our community

Position Requirements
Proven experience leading SMB or mid-market sales teams in fintech, SaaS, or payments
Strong understanding of digital lead generation, funnel management, and customer acquisition strategies
Skilled at balancing team-driven outbound sales with data-driven inbound optimization
Hands-on leader who can both set strategy and coach execution
Curious and analytical — fluent in performance metrics and experimentation
Collaborative mindset; thrives in cross-functional environments with marketing and product teams
Background in payments, FX, or financial technology preferred but not essential
