About the Role
We are seeking a highly capable, execution-driven Senior Executive Assistant to serve as a direct partner to our Founder & CEO.
This is not a traditional calendar-management role.
This is a high-impact execution role for someone who thrives on moving quickly, eliminating bottlenecks, and ensuring that ideas turn into action without friction.
You will act as an operational extension of the CEO — organizing, executing, coordinating, and pushing forward dozens of moving priorities across hiring, legal, vendor management, technology, operations, and strategic initiatives.

What You'll Own
Executive Execution & Project Momentum
• Capture daily priorities and convert them into structured action plans
• Execute and track dozens of parallel initiatives
• Coordinate cross-functional tasks with internal team members
• Ensure nothing stalls or gets lost
• Follow up relentlessly until completion
Hiring & Talent Coordination
• Draft and post job descriptions
• Manage applicant tracking system
• Coordinate interviews and candidate communication
• Liaise with recruiters when needed
• Track hiring pipelines and keep momentum
Legal & Vendor Coordination
• Research and contact attorneys, advisors, and service providers
• Coordinate engagement logistics and documentation
• Manage Glassdoor and reputation-management vendors
• Oversee contract follow-ups and execution timelines
Operational Support
• Draft professional emails and communications on behalf of CEO
• Organize documents, proposals, and internal resources
• Manage high-level vendor relationships
• Track key business deliverables and deadlines
Systems & Organization
• Maintain master task dashboard
• Improve workflow clarity
• Build light systems where chaos exists
• Ensure visibility across devices and teams

• 5–10+ years supporting a CEO, founder, or senior executive
• Experience in a fast-paced startup or high-growth environment
• Experience managing hiring pipelines or working alongside HR
• Comfortable with tools such as Zendesk, HubSpot, ATS systems, Slack, project management platforms, Google Workspace
