Über
We're looking for someone to build out our cold email sending infrastructure from scratch. I handle list building and copywriting. You handle the technical setup—and do it right.
The Challenge
We're reaching three distinct audiences with very different inbox dynamics:
Investors & VCs — Small, high-value list. Primary inbox placement is non-negotiable.
Enterprise Executives — 1,000–2,000 contacts. Corporate email systems with aggressive filtering. Hardest pool to crack.
Insurance Professionals (SMB) — 20,000–30,000 contacts. Less competitive, but still needs solid execution.
Scope of Work
Domain purchasing strategy (willing to buy multiple domains as needed)
Mailbox creation and configuration
DNS setup (SPF, DKIM, DMARC)
Full warmup cycle through campaign launch
Sending tool setup (prefer Smartlead; open to alternatives with justification)
Deliverability testing and ongoing monitoring
Volume and scheduling guidance per audience segment
What We're NOT Looking For
List building, copywriting, or campaign strategy. Infrastructure only.
Timeline & Budget
Fixed price to build, warm, and launch first campaign across all three pools
Target launch: within 3 weeks (warmup permitting)
Budget: ~$750–$1,200 (negotiable based on your approach and experience)
About You
You've successfully set up cold email infrastructure for companies targeting executive and corporate inboxes. You have a track record of landing in primary inbox consistently, not promotions or spam. Tell us your approach, what you've delivered before, and why you'd do this differently.
Contract duration of 1 to 3 months.
