Project Scope (Phase 1)
We need a developer who can:
1 .Build the Core E-Commerce Website
Premium, calm, botanical aesthetic
Structured for UK compliance
Optimized for textured-hair product education
Clean UX for routine-based product journeys
2. Technical Setup
You must be able to:
Connect Meta Business Manager properly
Install Meta Pixel + Events API
Install TikTok Pixel
Configure GA4
Set up domain verification
Ensure tracking accuracy for paid campaigns
3. Conversion & UX Optimization
Clear PDP structure (education-led)
Routine bundling logic
Ingredient transparency section
Structured FAQ for textured hair education
Mobile-first design (majority traffic expected from TikTok)
4. Performance
Page speed optimization
Core Web Vitals optimization
Clean backend structure
Scalable theme setup for future markets (EU/US)

. Must align with Naturhin's visual mood board
. Deep forest green / calm teal / golden clay palette
. Premium matte backgrounds
. Botanical minimalism
. Soft shadows
. Editorial typography hierarchy
. Calm luxury — never loud, never cluttered

Ideal Candidate
We are looking for someone who:
Has built premium beauty / skincare / haircare brands
Understands conversion psychology
Understands DTC e-commerce
Has strong Shopify theme customization experience
Can advise on best tech stack
Understands UK compliance basics (cookies, GDPR)
Thinks strategically — not just executes
Bonus if you:
Have experience building education-led brands
Understand textured haircare audience
Can suggest CRO improvements
