Über
This is a hands-on execution role focused on improving revenue through continuous iteration. You'll be working directly on a high-volume store, shipping changes weekly across key conversion surfaces.
What you'll be working on
• Shopify theme development using Liquid, JSON templates, and modern frontend practices
• Continuous optimization of PDP, cart, and key conversion flows
• Building and iterating on conversion-focused UI components
• Implementing and maintaining A/B tests and experiments
• Improving mobile UX, speed, and overall performance
• Supporting product launches, drops, and campaign pushes
• Working closely with a growth and operations team to prioritize impact
What we're looking for
• Proven experience working directly in Shopify themes (not page builder only)
• Strong understanding of conversion rate optimization in practice
• Expert frontend skills (Liquid, HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
• Good design judgment (layout, spacing, hierarchy, mobile-first thinking)
• Ability to move fast and ship iterations consistently
• Comfortable working with analytics and testing tools
• Autonomous, detail-oriented, and focused on results
Nice to have
• Experience with high-volume or creator-led eCommerce brands
• Shopify Plus experience
• Performance optimization and Core Web Vitals knowledge
