Über
We're looking for a senior Product Lead / Technical Project Manager to take ownership of product delivery for our enterprise SaaS platform — a project & operations management system used by global hospitality organizations to manage hotel openings and large-scale projects.
This role sits at the intersection of Product, Engineering, and Customer Success. You'll translate customer requirements into structured development plans, steer the technical team, ensure delivery quality, and act as the primary interface between stakeholders and engineering.
This is not a pure PM role — we're looking for someone hands-on, technical, and capable of coaching developers while occasionally contributing code when needed.

Key Responsibilities
Product & Delivery Leadership
• Translate customer requests into structured product requirements and development plans
• Break down initiatives into epics, features, and actionable engineering tasks
• Define acceptance criteria and delivery milestones
• Own sprint planning, backlog prioritization, and release coordination
Technical Coaching & Team Steering
• Guide and coach developers on architecture and implementation approaches
• Ensure technical decisions align with long-term product strategy
• Support the team in problem-solving and unblocking delivery risks
• Foster engineering quality, accountability, and clarity
Hands-On Contribution
• Fix smaller bugs or edge cases directly when faster than delegating
• Review code, schemas, and API designs where needed
• Support solution design across backend and frontend
Customer Interface
• Lead discovery calls and requirement workshops
• Act as the bridge between enterprise customers and engineering
• Challenge and refine requirements to ensure feasibility and clarity
• Provide product walkthroughs and delivery updates
Quality Assurance & Release Management
• Own QA processes and feature validation
• Ensure delivered features meet functional and UX expectations
• Coordinate testing cycles and production releases

Required Experience
• Proven experience as Product Lead, Technical PM, or Head of Product in a SaaS environment
• Strong technical background (ex-developer or highly technical PM)
• Ability to read/write code and fix small issues independently
• Experience writing detailed product specs and development plans
• Hands-on experience with agile delivery and sprint management
• Strong QA mindset and attention to detail
• Experience working directly with enterprise customers

• Backend: Golang / Python / Node (general backend understanding sufficient)
• Frontend: React / TypeScript
• APIs, databases, and system architecture
• Cloud environments (AWS preferred)

Contract duration of more than 6 months. with 40 hours per week.
