Über
This role is focused on strategy + implementation, not just basic configuration. We're looking for someone who understands how to structure HubSpot to support a growing consulting business from first enquiry through long-term client lifecycle management.
Scope of Work:
You will be responsible for setting up and optimising HubSpot to support:
Sales pipelines (multiple pipelines if required)
Customer lifecycle stages (lead → prospect → client → ongoing/renewal)
Sales phases & deal stages aligned with our consulting services
Automations & workflows (lead routing, follow-ups, task creation, internal notifications)
Contact, company, and deal properties (custom fields as needed)
Lead capture & tracking from forms and enquiries
Email sequences & basic templates (sales + onboarding)
Reporting & dashboards for sales performance and pipeline visibility
What We're Looking For:
Proven experience setting up HubSpot CRM from scratch
Strong understanding of sales processes, pipelines, and customer journeys
Experience building automations and workflows that actually improve efficiency
Ability to translate a business model into a clean, scalable CRM structure
Clear communicator who can explain setup decisions and best practices
Experience working with consulting, professional services, or B2B businesses (preferred)
Contract duration of less than 1 month.
