About the Team and Role
We are recruiting on behalf of a high growth B2B SaaS company for a Product Manager to join its R and D organization. The R and D team includes Engineering, Design, and Product and operates in cross functional squads. Each squad typically includes a Product Manager, Designer, Engineering Lead, and a small group of engineers, supported by a platform team.
This role sits within a single squad and focuses on high ambiguity, high impact initiatives. The ideal candidate can drive complex problems from early discovery through delivery and, most importantly, through measurable impact after launch. The preference is to hire at the Staff Product Manager level, though exceptional Senior Product Managers will be considered.
This role reports to the Director of Product and partners closely with squad leadership, R and D leadership, and other Product Managers.
Salary Range
$111,000 - $141,000 USD per year
What You Will Do
• Own a high impact problem space end to end, from framing to shipped solution to measurable outcomes
• Lead discovery through customer conversations, product data, and market insights to reduce risk early
• Define clear success metrics and articulate tradeoffs across scope, speed, and risk
• Partner with Design and Engineering to turn hypotheses into experiments and iterate toward strong solutions
• Build and evolve a clear roadmap with defined sequencing and dependencies
• Ensure shipped work delivers results by monitoring usage, gathering feedback, and iterating until impact is achieved
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing to incorporate frontline insights and support successful rollout
• At the Staff level, operate with minimal guidance and navigate higher ambiguity and cross squad dependencies
What You Bring
• Experience as a Product Manager in a B2B SaaS environment, ideally within a startup or fast paced team
• Proven track record of shipping complex products end to end
• Clear examples of owning outcomes and improving customer behavior and business metrics
• Strong product judgment and prioritization under constraints
• Customer focused mindset grounded in data and evidence
• Analytical fluency, including defining metrics and interpreting performance data
• Technical fluency and systems thinking, including APIs, data flows, and integrations
• Strong cross functional leadership within a squad model
• Experience leading high ambiguity or high risk initiatives where the solution path was unclear
• Ability to de risk initiatives through structured discovery and experimentation
• Demonstrated follow through after launch, iterating until impact is realized
• Experience managing cross squad or platform dependencies through influence and clarity
• Willingness to stop or pivot initiatives when evidence does not support continued investment
