Location: Saskatoon
Work Schedule: Night shift, Monday – Thursday, 5:45 pm to 4:15 am

Crestline Coach Ltd. is seeking an energetic & professional individual to add to our Production Department
As a Team Lead, You Will Be Able To
Support Daily Manufacturing Throughput and Output
Support daily manufacturing throughput and output through hands‑on leadership and active involvement on the production floor
Lead team members in the performance of their day‑to‑day activities while working alongside the team as a working leader, not just a supervisor
Provide clear expectations and hold team members accountable while providing continual feedback and coaching
Lead process improvement activities by coordinating cross‑functional teams comprised of production, materials, maintenance, quality and engineering
Monitor and address output & productivity issues within assigned departments, inclusive of meeting production targets, cycle time, and product & process quality standards
Take responsibility for ensuring maximum production output while maintaining the highest level of quality, safety, and employee morale
Plan for all pre‑ and post‑Kaizen activities in the area, with help from the Lean Team, to make every Kaizen event successful
Take ownership of all processes and products so that they meet all quality standards, ensuring that nothing goes out to an internal customer that is deficient in quality
Work with the Safety & Quality Manager to ensure the safety of employees and the maintenance of equipment
Comply with all federal and provincial safety standards, guidelines and policies by driving workforce initiatives such as our health and safety system towards a Mission Zero incident safety culture
Support team members by proactively identifying, troubleshooting, and resolving issues that affect quality, delivery, and productivity through daily meetings and strong collaboration with other departments and leaders
Demonstrate a "Crestline first" mindset by building strong, collaborative relationships within your team and across the broader production group
