About the Role
This role gives you a warm, established book of residential landlord clients and asks you to grow revenue within it. You'll identify maintenance needs, present solutions, and convert opportunities into monthly recurring revenue — all within an existing managed portfolio. Think of it as account management with a real estate backbone: your relationships are already built, your job is to deepen them.
If you've been in B2B sales or account management and you're tired of starting from zero every month, this is worth your attention.
Who You Are
You are a natural relationship builder with a track record of growing revenue within existing accounts. You listen well, communicate value clearly, and follow through. You're motivated by commission and comfortable having pricing conversations with clients. You don't need to be a real estate expert on day one — you need to be the kind of person who gets up to speed fast and earns client trust quickly.
Key Responsibilities
Manage a portfolio of residential landlord clients as their primary point of contact
Identify maintenance, upgrade, and preventative service opportunities across your portfolio
Present solutions, pricing, and recommendations to property owners and secure approvals
Drive monthly revenue targets — commission paid on everything above threshold
Coordinate vendor execution and quality control on approved work
Maintain accurate records within our automated workflow and property management systems
Support lease compliance, tenant turnovers, and client reporting
What We're Looking For
1–3 years in B2B account management, client success, real estate sales, or a relationship-based sales role
Proven track record of revenue growth within existing accounts or client portfolios
Strong communicator — confident presenting solutions and pricing in person and over the phone
Highly organized with strong follow-up habits
Real estate or property management background is an asset, not a requirement
Real estate salesperson license is a bonus — licensed realtors receive brokerage incentives through PMT Realty Inc.
Located within commuting distance of Downtown Toronto — this role is 100% in-office
