Role Description
Hydreight is seeking a full-time, on-site Enterprise Implementation & Onboarding Specialist based in Vancouver, BC. This role is critical to the successful launch and long-term success of Hydreight's enterprise and D2C partners.
You will own the end-to-end onboarding and implementation experience for new enterprise clients, acting as the primary point of contact from contract signature through go-live and early adoption. This includes coordinating technical setup, configuring workflows, delivering training, and ensuring clients are fully enabled to launch and scale on the Hydreight platform.
This role is ideal for someone with experience in health tech, SaaS, or D2C platforms who thrives at the intersection of technology, operations, and customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end implementation and onboarding for enterprise and high-volume D2C partners
Serve as the primary client point of contact during onboarding, ensuring clear communication and expectations
Configure platform workflows, user permissions, product catalogs, and operational settings based on client needs
Coordinate with internal teams including Product, Engineering, Medical Operations, Pharmacy, and Customer Support
Deliver live and recorded platform training sessions for clinical, operational, and administrative users
Develop onboarding documentation, SOPs, and best practices to support scalable implementations
Identify risks, blockers, and dependencies early and proactively drive resolution
Analyze onboarding data and client feedback to continuously improve implementation processes
Support clients through go-live and early launch phases to ensure successful adoption and satisfaction
Act as a trusted advisor to clients on platform capabilities, limitations, and optimization opportunities
Qualifications & Experience
2–5+ years of experience in SaaS implementation, onboarding, customer success, or enterprise account support
Experience working with D2C platforms, health tech, telehealth, or regulated software environments strongly preferred
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex requirements into actionable solutions
Comfort working with technical systems, integrations, and multi-step workflows
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple implementations in parallel
Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally in a fast-paced, scaling organization
Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Healthcare Administration, or a related field preferred
