Fleming and Baron, an ASSA ABLOY branded company is looking to add a Production Planner to our Woodbridge manufacturing team.

What would you do as a Production Planner?
You will create and manage production work orders while ensuring materials, schedules, and shop floor execution stay aligned with customer commitments. This role plays a critical part in maintaining schedule integrity and supporting on-time delivery performance.
You would also:
Release and monitor manufacturing orders to meet ship dates
Coordinate with Purchasing and Supply Chain on raw materials and outside processes
Identify material shortages and proactively escalate risks
Analyze production output vs. the Master Production Plan and close performance gaps
Support ERP-driven planning while maintaining schedule accuracy
Partner closely with Manufacturing, Engineering, and Customer Service
Drive continuous improvement and operational discipline
Contribute to a safe, compliant, and collaborative work environment in line with AADG policies and the ASSA ABLOY Code of Conduct
Perform other duties and special projects as required
The Skills and Experience you need:
Post-Secondary Education and/or Certification in Inventory management, supply chain management, operations management, or related field.
3+ years of production planning experience in manufacturing
Experience working in a unionized environment
Strong ERP/MRP system experience
Analytical mindset with solid Excel skills
Knowledge of Lean / Kaizen / continuous improvement principles
Ability to prioritize and problem-solve in a fast-paced setting
CPIM (preferred or in progress)
Compensation: $60,000 to $75,000 depending upon experience
