Description
We're Nemah — a clean skincare brand focused on pregnancy and family wellness. We're building out our paid social presence and looking for a skilled video editor to join us on a consistent, weekly basis.
This role is focused primarily on editing UGC-style videos for paid ads across Meta, as well as occasional organic social videos for IG and TikTok. You won't be sourcing footage — we'll provide clips and a detailed brief in advance — but you'll be responsible for bringing it all together in a way that stops the scroll and converts.
What you'll be doing:
You'll receive weekly briefs that outline the concept, hook, key messaging, and any brand guidelines. From there, you'll edit the footage into polished, ad-ready videos optimized for paid social. This is about 5–7 hours per week to start, with real opportunity to grow as we scale spend and see results.
What we're looking for:
You have a strong instinct for hooks — you understand that the first 2–3 seconds make or break a paid ad, and your editing reflects that. You have experience working with UGC content and know how to shape raw, authentic footage into something that feels natural but performs. You're also comfortable using AI tools in your editing workflow, whether that's for captioning, sound design, upscaling, or efficiency — we want someone who's keeping up with what's available.
Experience in beauty, wellness, or CPG is a plus but not required. What matters more is that you've edited for paid social before and have the results or portfolio to back it up.
How we'll work together:
Briefs and footage will be provided at the top of each week. We expect deliverables turn around time in 4-5 business days per brief, but can vary. Communication will be async-friendly but responsive. This is a collaborative relationship — feedback will be clear and direct, and we want someone who takes direction well but also brings their own instincts to the work.
Contract duration of less than 1 month. with 30 hours per week.
