This is not a beginner media buyer role. We need someone who understands how to scale campaigns profitably while maintaining stable cost per purchase.
Responsibilities:
• Scale winning campaigns without breaking performance
• Reduce cost per purchase while increasing volume
• Optimize campaign structure (Broad, LAL, Retargeting)
• Analyze real-time performance data and make strategic adjustments
• Improve conversion efficiency through data-backed decisions
• Identify creative fatigue and guide new ad direction
Requirements:
• Proven track record scaling Meta campaigns beyond $5K–$20K+ monthly spend
• Experience with high-ticket products ($300+ AOV)
• Strong understanding of Meta algorithm behavior and learning phases
• Ability to explain decisions clearly with logic and data
• Experience managing daily budgets $2500–$5,000+
We are focused on scaling to 5–10 sales per day consistently while maintaining a sustainable CPA.
If you have successfully scaled similar campaigns and can provide case studies or performance details, apply with details of past results.
Contract duration of more than 6 months.
