The platform is a multi-tenant employee wellbeing system used by organisations to support staff and view anonymised engagement insights. The core UX and logic are already defined and functioning — this project is about rebuilding it properly in code for performance, stability, and scale.

Core requirements
Developer must build a production-ready version of the existing platform with:
Architecture
• Multi-tenant structure (multiple organisations, strict data separation)
• Role-based access (platform admin, organisation admin, employee)
• Secure authentication + permissions
• Scalable database structure
Key functionality
• Organisation management + employee onboarding
• Dashboard with aggregated analytics (non-identifiable data only)
• Content management system for platform content
• Resource library with filtering
• Event system
• Private user journaling feature
• Support links directory
• Emotion check-in tracking system
• Admin analytics view
• Mobile responsive UI
Important
• Privacy-first design is critical (no identifiable analytics)
• Clean, maintainable codebase required
• Must be scalable and structured for future feature expansion

Tech expectations
