Über
We are looking for an experienced developer/team to build an AI calling agent and AI chatbot for our business (Grants & Loans / Education Funding in Ontario, Canada).
The AI system should be able to:
Answer inbound calls and make outbound calls
Qualify leads using a structured script
Collect basic eligibility details (status, residency, marital status, children, income)
Provide an estimated grant range based on answers
Transfer calls or schedule callbacks
Handle chat inquiries via website chat and/or WhatsApp
This is a long-term project and we want a reliable developer who can build and maintain the system.
Key Requirements
AI Voice Calling
Inbound and outbound calling
Natural conversation and turn-taking
Ability to pause and listen after questions
Interrupt handling (stop speaking when user speaks)
Call recordings + call logs
Lead data capture (name, phone, status, income, etc.)
Transfer to our staff or schedule a call
AI Chatbot
Website chatbot and/or WhatsApp integration
Same qualification flow as the call agent
Collects and stores lead info in a CRM or Google Sheet
Can hand off to a human agent
Tech Stack (Preferred)
Open to recommendations, but experience with any of these is a plus:
Twilio / Vonage / Telnyx (calling)
OpenAI / GPT-based agents
Whisper / Deepgram / ElevenLabs (voice)
WhatsApp Business API
Zapier / automation
CRM integration (HubSpot, Zoho, GoHighLevel, etc.)
Deliverables
Fully working AI voice calling system
Fully working chatbot (web + optional WhatsApp)
Admin panel or simple dashboard for leads/call logs
Documentation + setup instructions
Basic training for our team
