Job Summary:
Seeking energetic Fulfillment Associates to join our state-of-the-art facility in Los Angeles, California! This role is at the core of our e-commerce operations, ensuring that customer orders are processed accurately and dispatched efficiently. You will be involved in picking, packing, and shipping a wide range of products, playing a vital part in delivering exceptional customer experiences. Responsibilities:
  • Accurately pick items from warehouse inventory to fulfill customer orders.
  • Package products carefully and securely for shipment, ensuring product protection.
  • Process returned items and prepare them for put-away or disposal.
  • Contribute to inventory accuracy through diligent scanning and documentation.
  • Operate warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks and potentially order pickers.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace, adhering to all company policies.
  • Comply with all safety regulations, including the mandatory use of PPE.
  • Meet established productivity and quality metrics.
  • Assist with various other fulfillment and warehouse support tasks as required.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Prior experience in a warehouse, fulfillment, or logistics role is preferred.
  • Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.
  • A proactive approach to safety and workplace conduct.
