Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items from warehouse inventory to fulfill customer orders.
- Package products carefully and securely for shipment, ensuring product protection.
- Process returned items and prepare them for put-away or disposal.
- Contribute to inventory accuracy through diligent scanning and documentation.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks and potentially order pickers.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace, adhering to all company policies.
- Comply with all safety regulations, including the mandatory use of PPE.
- Meet established productivity and quality metrics.
- Assist with various other fulfillment and warehouse support tasks as required.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Prior experience in a warehouse, fulfillment, or logistics role is preferred.
- Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.
- A proactive approach to safety and workplace conduct.
