We are seeking enthusiastic and reliable Distribution Center Associates to join our dynamic logistics team in Washington, D.C. As a Distribution Center Associate, you will be involved in various tasks that contribute to the successful receipt, storage, and shipment of products. Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and damage.
- Pick, pack, and stage orders for shipment according to established procedures.
- Operate various warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks and potentially forklifts (training provided if needed).
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Conduct inventory counts and assist with stock management.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and wear required PPE at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily operational goals.
- Perform other warehouse duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including frequent standing, walking, bending, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
