Responsibilities:
- Receive, unpack, and verify incoming shipments.
- Store materials and products in designated locations within the warehouse.
- Pick and pack orders accurately according to customer requirements.
- Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and assist with cycle counting.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to all safety regulations.
- Assist with loading and unloading trucks as needed.
- Identify and report any damages or discrepancies in inventory.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and timely order fulfillment.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge related to warehouse operations and safety.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or similar environment is a plus.
- Ability to perform physical labor, including frequent lifting of up to 50 pounds.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with inventory management systems is desirable.
- Must be able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Commitment to workplace safety and adherence to all safety protocols, including the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes.
- Understanding of basic logistics principles.
