Are you a hardworking individual seeking a Warehouse Worker position in Baltimore, Maryland? We are looking for reliable and dedicated team members to support our Logistics operations. In this role, you will be involved in a variety of warehouse tasks, including receiving, stocking, order picking, packing, and shipping. Your contribution is essential to maintaining efficient operations and ensuring customer satisfaction. This position requires physical fitness, including the ability to handle considerable Lifting, and a strict adherence to all Safety regulations and the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). If you possess a strong work ethic, are a team player, and are committed to maintaining a safe environment, we want you on our team. Responsibilities:
- Receiving and verifying incoming inventory.
- Stocking shelves and organizing warehouse inventory.
- Picking and packing customer orders with accuracy.
- Loading and unloading materials from trucks.
- Maintaining a clean and orderly workspace.
- Adhering to all company Safety policies and procedures.
- Proper utilization of required PPE.
- Working collaboratively to ensure smooth Logistics flow.
- Performing tasks that involve regular Lifting of goods.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus.
- Ability to perform tasks requiring frequent and substantial Lifting.
- Understanding of warehouse Safety practices.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Reliability and punctuality are essential.
- Willingness to follow directions and learn new skills.
- Must be able to wear required PPE.
- Familiarity with basic Logistics concepts.
