Join our team as a Warehouse Worker in Columbus, Ohio! We are seeking motivated individuals to support our growing Logistics operations. As a Warehouse Worker, you will play a vital role in receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping goods. Your efficiency and accuracy are critical to ensuring our customers receive their orders promptly and correctly. This is a hands-on role that requires physical stamina, including the ability to perform substantial Lifting. A strong commitment to workplace Safety and adherence to all company policies, including the mandatory use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), is essential. - Receiving and inspecting incoming shipments.
- Stocking merchandise and organizing inventory within the warehouse.
- Accurately picking items for customer orders.
- Packing orders securely for shipment.
- Loading and unloading delivery vehicles.
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work area.
- Following all Safety guidelines and procedures.
- Proper use and maintenance of required PPE.
- Assisting in overall Logistics efficiency through diligent work.
- Performing tasks that involve consistent Lifting and physical movement.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or similar environment is preferred but not required.
- Ability to perform tasks requiring frequent and heavy Lifting.
- Basic understanding of warehouse operations and Safety principles.
- Strong work ethic and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality.
- Willingness to follow instructions and learn new processes.
- Must be able to wear required PPE.
- Understanding of fundamental Logistics concepts.
