Join our thriving logistics center in Provo, Utah, as a Fulfillment Associate! We are seeking motivated individuals to contribute to our order fulfillment process. As a Fulfillment Associate, you will be responsible for accurately picking, packing, and preparing customer orders for shipment. This role is key to ensuring our customers receive their orders accurately and on time. You will utilize warehouse technology, including scanners and order management systems, to ensure efficiency and precision in your work. This involves moving throughout the warehouse, locating products, and ensuring quality control before packaging. Safety is a top priority; you will be trained on and expected to strictly follow all safety regulations and utilize appropriate PPE. If you are a hard worker with a keen eye for detail and a desire to excel in a fast-paced warehouse environment, this is the role for you.
Responsibilities:
- Pick customer orders accurately using RF scanners.
- Inspect products for quality and accuracy.
- Pack orders efficiently and securely for shipment.
- Label packages correctly and prepare them for dispatch.
- Maintain a clean and orderly work environment.
- Achieve productivity targets while maintaining quality standards.
- Comply with all company safety policies and wear required PPE.
- Participate in inventory checks as needed.
Qualifications:
- Previous warehouse or fulfillment experience is beneficial but not required.
- Ability to perform tasks requiring physical activity, including lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes.
