Join our busy warehouse facility in Phoenix, Arizona, as a Warehouse Worker! We are looking for energetic individuals to support our daily operations. Your primary duties will include receiving and processing incoming stock, picking and filling orders from stock, packing and staging orders for shipment, and organizing warehouse stock. You will play a vital role in maintaining the efficiency and accuracy of our inventory management system. The ideal candidate is a hard worker, pays close attention to detail, and understands the importance of Safety in a warehouse environment. We offer a challenging yet rewarding work environment where you can contribute to our overall logistics success. This position requires physical stamina and a commitment to following all operational guidelines. Your dedication will ensure that our customers receive their orders correctly and on time. Experience in a similar role is beneficial, but we are willing to train motivated individuals. We are committed to providing a safe workspace and expect all team members to prioritize it.
Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and store materials and products.
- Pick items from shelves according to order tickets.
- Pack items securely for shipment.
- Load and unload trucks efficiently.
- Maintain an orderly and clean warehouse environment.
- Conduct cycle counts and inventory checks.
- Operate manual and powered warehouse equipment.
- Follow all company Safety policies and procedures, including wearing required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Assist in maintaining accurate inventory records.
- Support other warehouse functions as needed.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Ability to perform manual labor, including frequent Lifting of items up to 50 lbs.
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Understanding of basic warehouse operations and Logistics.
- Reliability and a strong work ethic.
- Commitment to following Safety guidelines.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus.
