In this role, you will perform a variety of essential tasks that keep our logistics operations running smoothly. Your duties will include receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping goods. Responsibilities:
- Receive and process incoming stock and materials, verifying quantities and quality.
- Sort and place inventory on racks, shelves, or other designated storage areas.
- Pick and fill customer orders accurately and efficiently from inventory.
- Pack products securely for shipment, ensuring items are protected during transit.
- Prepare orders for shipment, including labeling and staging.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and assist with stock counts.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse workspace.
- Operate basic warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks.
- Follow all company policies and procedures, with a strong emphasis on Safety.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure operational goals are met in a timely manner.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse experience is beneficial but not required.
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including frequent Lifting of up to 50 lbs.
- Basic understanding of warehouse operations and logistics.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Must be able to wear appropriate PPE, such as safety shoes and gloves.
- Adherence to all Safety guidelines and procedures is mandatory.
- Reliability and punctuality are essential.
- Willingness to contribute to a positive team environment.
