We are seeking motivated and reliable Warehouse Workers to join our dynamic team in Baltimore, Maryland. As a Warehouse Worker, you will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth operation of our logistics and distribution processes. This role is critical for maintaining inventory accuracy, efficient order fulfillment, and overall warehouse productivity. You will be responsible for a variety of tasks, all contributing to the timely and safe movement of goods. Your dedication to following procedures and commitment to teamwork will be highly valued.
Responsibilities:
- Receive and process incoming stock and materials.
- Sort and place materials or items on racks, shelves, or in designated storage areas.
- Inspect products for damages and report any discrepancies.
- Pick and fill orders from stock, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Pack and prepare orders for shipment, applying appropriate labeling and handling techniques.
- Assist in counting of physical inventory and participate in regular inventory checks.
- Operate warehouse equipment, such as pallet jacks and hand trucks, as needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to all warehouse safety procedures.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures regarding warehouse operations and safety.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to achieve daily operational goals.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience in a warehouse environment is a plus.
- Ability to handle physical workload, including significant Lifting (up to 50 lbs).
- Familiarity with warehouse operations and logistics is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Must be able to wear required PPE, including safety shoes and high-visibility vests.
- Understanding and adherence to Safety regulations within the workplace.
- Must be reliable and punctual.
