Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Fulfillment Associate to join our dynamic logistics team in Seattle, Washington. This role is crucial to our operations, ensuring that customer orders are accurately picked, packed, and prepared for shipment in a timely manner. As a Fulfillment Associate, you will be responsible for managing inventory, operating warehouse equipment, and contributing to the overall efficiency of our distribution center. This position requires a strong commitment to safety protocols and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You will be an integral part of a team dedicated to providing exceptional service to our clients. Your responsibilities will include receiving goods, stocking shelves, fulfilling online and in-store orders, and preparing items for shipping. Attention to detail is paramount to ensure order accuracy and customer satisfaction. We emphasize the importance of proper handling procedures and the use of required PPE to maintain a safe working environment. This role involves frequent lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods. Responsibilities:
  • Accurately pick and pack customer orders.
  • Receive and process incoming stock and materials.
  • Organize and arrange warehouse stock.
  • Perform inventory counts and checks.
  • Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area.
  • Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies, including the use of appropriate PPE.
  • Assist with shipping and receiving as needed.
  • Ensure efficient and accurate fulfillment of all orders.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous warehouse or fulfillment experience preferred but not required.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Commitment to safety and following guidelines.
  • Familiarity with logistics operations is a plus.
  • Must be able to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods.
