We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Fulfillment Associate to join our dynamic team in San Jose, California. In this role, you will be instrumental in ensuring our products are accurately picked, packed, and shipped to our valued customers. This position demands attention to detail, efficiency, and a strong commitment to workplace safety. You will work within a fast-paced warehouse environment, handling a variety of products and ensuring timely order fulfillment. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders according to established procedures.
- Inspect products for quality and damage before shipping.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Assist with inventory counts and stock replenishment.
- Adhere to all safety guidelines and protocols, including the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity goals.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or fulfillment environment is a plus.
- Ability to lift and move packages up to 50 pounds.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Familiarity with basic warehouse operations and logistics.
- Commitment to safety and adherence to all regulations.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
