We are seeking a meticulous and organized Inventory Control Specialist to join our dynamic logistics team in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. In this vital role, you will be responsible for maintaining the accuracy and integrity of our warehouse inventory. This includes conducting regular cycle counts, investigating discrepancies, managing stock rotation, and ensuring that all inventory records are up-to-date in our WMS (Warehouse Management System). Your attention to detail will be paramount in minimizing stockouts and overstock situations, thereby optimizing warehouse efficiency. You will collaborate closely with receiving, shipping, and other warehouse departments to ensure seamless inventory flow. A strong understanding of warehouse operations and inventory management principles is essential. We emphasize a commitment to safety, and adherence to all safety protocols, including the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), is mandatory. This position requires a candidate who is proactive, analytical, and capable of working independently as well as part of a team. The ability to perform physical tasks, including moderate Lifting up to 50 lbs, is necessary. Join our team and contribute to the success of our global Logistics network.
