We are seeking motivated and reliable Warehouse Workers to join our team in Indianapolis, Indiana. This role is fundamental to the daily operations of our warehouse, encompassing a broad range of tasks necessary for efficient product flow. You will be involved in receiving, stocking, order picking, packing, and shipping activities. A strong commitment to **Safety** and the correct use of Personal Protective Equipment (**PPE**) is crucial. The Warehouse Worker position requires physical stamina and the ability to handle tasks involving significant **Lifting** and movement of goods. Your contribution is vital to our **Logistics** success, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in all warehouse processes. Responsibilities:
- Receive and unload incoming shipments.
- Stock shelves and organize inventory accurately.
- Pick and pack orders according to specifications.
- Prepare orders for shipment, including labeling and staging.
- Operate pallet jacks and hand trucks.
- Maintain a clean and orderly warehouse environment.
- Adhere strictly to all **Safety** regulations and procedures.
- Wear and utilize **PPE** as required for tasks.
- Support overall **Logistics** goals by performing duties efficiently.
- Perform **Lifting** of various items, up to 50 lbs.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous warehouse or general labor experience is desirable.
- Ability to **Lifting** and moving heavy objects.
- Understanding of basic warehouse operations.
- Commitment to **Safety** and proper **PPE** usage.
- Familiarity with **Logistics** flow is helpful.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting.
