Join our vibrant team in Sacramento, California as a Warehouse Worker! We are looking for energetic and reliable individuals to contribute to the daily operations of our distribution center. As a Warehouse Worker, you will perform a variety of tasks including receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping products. This role is crucial for the smooth functioning of our Logistics network, ensuring timely order fulfillment and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate is a team player, possesses a strong work ethic, and is committed to maintaining a safe and organized work environment. You will be involved in various aspects of warehouse management, from inventory handling to preparing goods for transit. We emphasize Safety in all our operations, requiring the correct use of PPE and adherence to all safety regulations. This position involves physical activity, including significant Lifting and movement.
Responsibilities:
- Receive and unload shipments.
- Stock and organize inventory in designated areas.
- Pick and pack customer orders accurately.
- Prepare orders for shipment, including labeling and staging.
- Load and unload trucks.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the warehouse.
- Operate basic warehouse equipment.
- Follow all Safety guidelines and company policies.
- Report any damages or discrepancies to supervisors.
- Perform tasks requiring frequent Lifting and manual handling.
- Assist with inventory counts as needed.
- Contribute to the efficiency of our Logistics operations.
- Ensure the correct and consistent use of PPE.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED. Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not required. Ability to perform tasks requiring consistent Lifting of up to 50 lbs. Good physical stamina and manual dexterity. Strong attention to detail. Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team. Commitment to workplace Safety and wearing required PPE. Understanding of basic Logistics concepts is beneficial.
