We are looking for a dedicated Order Picker to join our growing logistics team in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. In this crucial role, you will be responsible for accurately selecting and retrieving items from warehouse inventory to fulfill customer orders. Your attention to detail and efficiency will directly impact customer satisfaction and the smooth operation of our supply chain. You will utilize scanning technology and order pick lists to locate and gather products, ensuring accuracy at every step. The ideal candidate possesses excellent organizational skills, is physically fit, and is committed to working safely in a dynamic warehouse environment. We emphasize teamwork and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Proper use of equipment and adherence to all safety guidelines are essential. We are committed to providing a safe working environment for all employees, including the mandatory use of appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). Significant Lifting may be required, so physical stamina is a must. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items from warehouse shelves according to order specifications.
- Use RF scanners and order pick lists to guide selection.
- Verify picked items for accuracy and quality.
- Stage picked items for packing and shipment.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures.
- Meet performance metrics for picking speed and accuracy.
- Operate pallet jacks and other material handling equipment.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient order fulfillment.
