We are hiring a dedicated Warehouse Worker for our facility in Colorado Springs, Colorado. This role is fundamental to our daily operations, involving a variety of tasks that keep our logistics process running smoothly. You will be involved in receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all activities. The ideal candidate is physically fit, possesses a strong work ethic, and is committed to maintaining a safe and organized warehouse environment. This is a hands-on role that requires attention to detail and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. You will contribute directly to the successful fulfillment of customer orders and the efficient management of inventory. We emphasize a proactive approach to safety, and all employees are expected to adhere strictly to safety protocols. Proper use of equipment and adherence to all safety guidelines are essential. We are committed to providing a safe working environment for all employees, including the mandatory use of appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). Responsibilities:
- Receive and unload incoming shipments.
- Inspect goods for damage and discrepancies.
- Stock inventory in designated warehouse locations.
- Pick and pack orders accurately.
- Prepare shipments for dispatch.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse.
- Follow all safety procedures and guidelines.
- Assist in inventory counts and audits.
