Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items from warehouse locations based on order tickets or system prompts.
- Inspect products for damage or defects before packing.
- Package items securely and efficiently, using appropriate materials to ensure safe delivery.
- Apply shipping labels and prepare orders for dispatch.
- Maintain a clean and orderly workspace, following all safety guidelines.
- Assist with inventory cycle counts and stock organization.
- Follow all instructions regarding the use of PPE.
- Support overall warehouse operations and logistics goals.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in picking, packing, or general warehouse work is advantageous.
- Ability to work at a fast pace while maintaining accuracy.
- Physical capability to stand, walk, lift, and carry items throughout the shift.
- Must be able to handle lifting up to 40 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to follow instructions and work collaboratively with team members.
- Understanding of basic safety procedures in a logistics environment.
- Willingness to comply with all PPE requirements.
