You will be responsible for the efficient picking of items from our inventory and carefully packing them for shipment. This is a hands-on position that requires speed, accuracy, and a strong commitment to quality in a dynamic logistics environment.
Responsibilities:
- Locate and retrieve products from warehouse shelves using order lists or scanning devices.
- Verify the accuracy of picked items against order specifications.
- Package products securely and efficiently, selecting appropriate packing materials to prevent damage during transit.
- Label packages correctly for shipping.
- Operate basic warehouse equipment as needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety standards.
- Participate in inventory checks and stock rotation.
- Wear designated PPE at all times within the work area.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous picking and packing experience in a warehouse setting is beneficial.
- Ability to work quickly and accurately under pressure.
- Good physical stamina; must be able to stand, walk, and lift throughout the shift.
- Capable of lifting up to 40 lbs regularly.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Team player with good communication skills.
- Understanding of basic logistics principles is a plus.
- Commitment to workplace safety and adherence to all safety guidelines.
