We are recruiting a dedicated Fulfillment Associate to join our expanding team in Sacramento, California. In this role, you will be at the heart of our operations, responsible for accurately and efficiently preparing customer orders for shipment. Your tasks will include picking items from shelves, packing them securely, labeling packages, and staging them for delivery. We are looking for individuals who are detail-oriented, possess a strong work ethic, and are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick products from warehouse shelves based on order specifications.
- Pack items carefully and securely into appropriate shipping containers.
- Apply shipping labels and any necessary documentation to packages.
- Stage completed orders for outgoing shipment.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Conduct quality checks to ensure order accuracy and product integrity.
- Operate hand-held scanners and other warehouse technology.
- Assist with inventory counts and stock replenishment as needed.
- Adhere to all company safety guidelines and procedures, including the mandatory use of PPE.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily fulfillment targets.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, fulfillment, or e-commerce environment is a plus.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including standing for extended periods and frequent lifting of up to 40 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Familiarity with warehouse operations and basic logistics principles.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to learn and operate various warehouse equipment.
- Understanding of safety protocols and adherence to them.
- Reliable and punctual.
This role is vital to our logistics success and requires a keen focus on accuracy and efficiency. Proper use of PPE is mandatory. Employees will be trained on safe lifting techniques and efficient packing methods. Your contribution ensures seamless delivery to our customers.
